If Female:
- ovulates regularly
- has no uterine fertility issues such as endometriosis, blocked fallopian tubes.
- no PCOS
- have a good ovarian reserve.
If Male:
- with normal sperm analysis, including sperm count, sperm morphology and sperm movement.
If couples:
- have intercourse at least twice a week, especially nearer to the ovulation yet cannot have a baby after trying to conceive at least for a year, can be described as (unknown fertility) or (unexplained infertility)
- An undiagnosed underlying condition, such as Celiac disease, diabetes and thyroid disorder etc. These conditions may not be related to fertility directly; however, according to some experts, if not treated, these conditions could be one of the reasons for unexplained fertility.
