This method is used by those patients who for some reason do not want to have children. Vasectomy helps men eliminate sperm from entering the ejaculate. Mixing of germ cells and secretions takes place in the sperm channel. When an excision of a part of this channel, the cells cannot get into the liquid and so pregnancy cannot happen.

How can men with Vasectomy have a child?

Vasectomy can be reversed via urologic operation and the couple can naturally try to have a child. However, in most cases, vasectomy reversal is not successful if it is performed after 5 years of the first operation.
